Born right here in American Fork, Utah, I was raised in Southern California where I lived until moving back to Utah in 1994. I, like other kids, enjoyed skateboarding, surfing, volleyball, trail running, riding dirt bikes, and was raised on what most people consider to be a well-balanced, healthy diet including plenty of exercise and physical activity. I like many others was raised in traditional Allopathic (western) medicine. When I got sick my parents would give me medicine, if that didn't work we went to the doctor and he fixed everything.

While serving an LDS mission in Russia, I realized through my personal contact with the Russian people that the majority of them utilized natural and folk remedies to heal themselves and their families. In fact, it was quite rare for them to go to the hospital. Upon returning to the U.S., I became intrigued with the Healing Arts and began attending various colleges and universities including Myotherapy College of Utah. After graduating and receiving certification from Myotherapy in Massage Therapy and related Bodywork in 1997, I went on to graduate from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor's Degree in the Behavioral Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology.

Since then I have continued to pursue this passion for the Healing Arts with various post-graduate studies. I have had the fortunate opportunity to work in world-class facilities including the Cliff Spa at Snowbird, train with world-renowned yoga instructors such as Ana Forrest, Jonathan Bowra, Heather Tiddens, Anodea Judith, Bryan Kest, Dana Baptiste and extremely talented and gifted therapists from the Upledger Institute as well as Utahs own Jonathon Wells, teach at accredited schools (UCMT, Lindon Campus ), and work with amazing people in my private practice.

After all these years there is one thing of which I am certain: Your body is absolutely amazing. It has not only the potential within it, but also the capacity to heal itself if provided with the right environment.

"You can change your life
and you can heal yourself."
