.How long is a session?
Generally, a typical session or treatment will last anywhere from 50-75 minutes.
.Do I have to get naked?
Not necessarily! Although Siddhi Yoga & Body is a strictly professional and ethically moral treatment facility, we absolutely respect clients boundaries, personal space, and comfort levels. Generally speaking, the Integrative Massage Therapy techniques are much more effective when the client disrobes to their own comfort level, however, we have and do work through clothing. Keep in mind that when a client disrobes, they are totally covered at all times with a flannel sheet through specific and professional draping techniques. The CranioSacral and SomatoEmotional Release Therapies are applied while the client is completely clothed.
.How frequently would you recommend treatment?
This all depends on the severity, chronic or acute nature, and pain of the particular symptoms and conditions that we are working with. If no particular symptoms are present, we recommend a tune-up or maintenance treatment once-a-month at the bare minimum just to keep you on track. If a condition is intensly chronic or acute we may recommend treatment as often as two times a week and then eventually tapering off to a once-a-month maintenance treatment.
.Do I need to schedule an appointment or do you take walk-ins?
We work on an appointment (first to schedule, first to serve) basis only. Currently treatment times are very limited and we strongly recommend that you schedule your appointment as soon as possible to ensure that you receive the treatments that you need in the time that will best facilitate your well-being and healing process.
.Do you work with children?
Yes. I feel that it is absolutely essential that children of all ages recieve CST treatments periodically. I have personally have three beautiful kids and when they start to get cranky, disrespectful, don't listen, and their attitudes are unpleasant, I know it's time for a CST treatment and this helps them to recenter, refocus, and return to their pleasant and loving nature.
.What is the cost of treatment?
A single adult treatment is $65.00. A single child treatment (age 0-14) is $35.00.
.Do you have any specials?
Yes. All of these packages are tremendous values and must be prepaid to receive the special pricing.
One session a week for 4 weeks straight.

1 session for the Husband this week, 1 session for the Wife next week.
$100.00 (save $30.00)
1 maintenance session a month for 12 months.

.What forms of payment do you take?
Currently we only accept cash or check as payment. Please note that any returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 service charge. We are looking into accepting credit/debit cards in the future.
.Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately, most insurance companies at this time don't pay for Massage Therapy and related Bodywork therapies unless there is a specific accident condition (ie: auto accident) and a written referral from a doctor (chiropractor). For most situations we do not accept insurance, unless it is related to an auto accident.
